OUTREACH PRODUCER

The Outreach Producer leads LYT’s work to engage vulnerable young people aged 8-21 in our programmes through coordinating a multi-pronged offer of targeted outreach projects, taster sessions, introductory projects and one-to-one support. Working alongside the Participation Manager, the post-holder will coordinate the recruitment and referral processes, co-deliver introductory and outreach projects. The post holder will also support participants’ continued engagement and progression across LYT’s programmes through one-to-one mentoring and pastoral care.

The role will suit a youth arts facilitator with experience of coordinating and delivering creative projects with vulnerable young people across diverse backgrounds and needs. You will be passionate about supporting young people’s voices and agency, and using creative activities to help them achieve their potential.

We particularly want to encourage candidates from Global Majority backgrounds, and those with lived experience of the needs of our participants.

PROGRESSION MANAGER

The Progression Manager is a new role that will help LYT develop our work supporting progression pathways for vulnerable participants aged 12+ to access positive next steps at LYT and beyond. Working with participants across our youth theatre programmes, you will coordinate and deliver a multi-prong offer of targeted training, opportunities and individual support to help expand participants’ horizons and access to progression pathways.

We particularly encourage candidates with lived experience of the needs of our participants, including those from Global Majority backgrounds.
