This event was held on Tuesday 13th February at the Broadway Theatre, Catford

Join us for a special panel discussion planned by and for Lewisham young people with professionals from across the theatre industry.

Meet a professional actor, director, stage manager, prop maker, casting director and trainer who uses theatre in the world of business. You’ll hear about the professional journeys of these artists, learn more about each role and have a chance to ask them questions about what it takes to succeed in the theatre industry.

Who Was The Event For?

Opening Doors is an event planned by Lewisham Youth Theatre’s Members’ Committee for young people (under 25) who live or learn in Lewisham. You do not need to have participated in LYT’s projects before. If you want to find out more about what it’s like to work in the theatre industry, this event is for you.

As seats for this event are extremely limited, we are not providing seats for accompanying adults. Accompanying adults will be able to wait for children in the theatre foyer during the event.
